Caprice & Ella 515 | Addressing Concerns #4 & #5 (Part 2)

The second of two Addressing Concerns episodes begin with Ava likely having to smoke cigarettes outside other than outside her door, but smoking outside her door is all she knows. Worse is Ava ends up blowing $3000 to pay overdue bills, food, and groceries. Meanwhile, Caprice and Ella are defending Ava's actions as always.

Meanwhile, Caprice finds out about Ava blowing $3,000 to pay overdue bills, food, and groceries as does Ella, yet they are not at all surprised. Then it is Caprice vs. a spray water bottle which Caprice is not a fan of.
