A year has passed since Caprice, Ella, and Ava moved to Golfview Apartments and as Ava makes continuous efforts, she joins forces with her security guards to uncover the truth behind Golfview Apartments' ban on outdoor security cameras which causes Ava to clash with management at the apartment complex and gets overwhelmed by Golfview's nonstop demands on her free time. Meanwhile, George, Rachelle, Rachael, and Karly persuade Ava to not renew her lease at Golfview after George intercepts a threatening letter.
